As we scale our brand across channels, we’re looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Executive to join in a new role within our growing Marketing Team to help shape customer engagement and retention across both our consumer and commercial audiences.


THE ROLE


We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative CRM & Email Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team. This presents an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our CRM and Email marketing programmes. You will help to optimise the customer journey for both consumer and commercial audiences and you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Sales Director, collaborating across marketing platforms such as Hubspot and Klaviyo.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



You will:


* Support the company in building improved customer journeys and driving customer loyalty - liaising with sales, marketing and customer service to improve customer communications at each point of the customer journey


* Working with the content team -plan, create and deploy the email marketing schedule ensuring alignment of marketing messaging within emails.
* Manage the set-up, scheduling, and monitoring of all automated email campaigns, evaluating performance to deliver continual improvement.
* Build and test engaging email and SMS communications using Klaviyo.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and user engagement, running A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and automated flows.


* Support the roll our of the wider CRM strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Sales Director, and CEO - driving improved customer communications from lead/enquiry through to purchase and retention for ecommerce and offline sales journey
* Liaise with IT to understand CRM data flows and integrations across HubSpot and Klaviyo.


* Develop and maintain targeted customer segments to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective.
* Support the Head of Marketing and Sales Director in embedding HubSpot CRM & Klayvio into the business, becoming the internal SME for these platforms.
* Stay up to date with industry best practice, emerging technologies, and GDPR compliance.



ABOUT YOU


* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a CRM or email marketing role.
* Hands-on experience with Klayvio and knowledge of HubSpot
* Experience in creating engaging email content that drives performance
* Comfortable using analytics tools to interpret data and recommend improvements.
* A strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, and senior leadership.
* Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results.
* Up-to-date knowledge of CRM best practices, email/SMS marketing trends, and GDPR compliance.
