What You'll Be Responsible For
* Managing a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients
* Overseeing the preparation and review of corporation tax and personal tax returns
* Providing technical tax advice to clients on a range of tax matters (e.g. tax planning, restructuring, inheritance tax)
* Leading and mentoring the tax team to ensure consistent high performance
* Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and industry best practices
* Reviewing tax computations, disclosures, and handling complex cases
* Managing risk and identifying areas for client service improvement
* Liaising with external advisors and regulatory bodies as required
What You'll Bring
* ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification
* Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a tax department and compliance cycle
* Deep understanding of UK tax legislation and practical application
* Excellent communication, advisory, and leadership skills
* Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple client needs effectively
