Offer description

Job Purpose: To provide timely and flexible administrative support to the company's Operations Department through effective communication and correct use of internal systems within the team.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

* Processing of sales & purchase invoices.
* Expedite customer overdue payments.
* Creation of customer shipping paperwork.
* Processing of supplier documentation through the company's supplier DMS – Document Management System.
* Expedite suppliers for overdue orders & documentation.
* Provide administrative support to the department when required.

Principle Accountabilities:

* Accurately process sales & purchase invoices in a timely manner.
* Expedite customers to meet agreed payment schedules.
* Process customer despatch paperwork & arrange courier collection .
* Maintain the correct documentation due and approval dates on supplier DMS.
* Expedite suppliers to ensure timely delivery of Purchase Orders.
* Fulfilment of support duties as and when agreed on a weekly basis.
* Adhere to current Health & Safety regulations.
* Ensure all IT systems are kept up to date at all times.

Other Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 x GCSEs, at grades 4/C or higher or equivalent qualifications.

Experience: Minimum requirement:

* Administrative or operational work.
* Using MS Office applications.
* driving change and effectively influencing others.

Experience: Desirable requirement:

* Accounts packages - Xero and DEXT.
* Manufacturing systems.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
