Following a period of sustained growth, the business is now expanding its sales team and looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to support national growth. The role will focus on developing long-term vendor partnerships, driving high-quality deal flow, and positioning the business as a trusted, go-to finance partner across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage relationships with new partners across sectors such as equipment suppliers, manufacturers, dealerships, and consultants.
2. Actively generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and existing lead databases.
3. Introduce finance solutions to partners and help embed them into their sales processes.
4. Train and support partner sales teams on how to effectively offer finance to their customers.
