Thank you very much for your interest in our Digital Marketing Officer role here at Malvern College. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and hands‑on digital marketer to contribute to the continued success and reputation of one of the UK’s leading independent schools.

This is a full‑time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Malvern College is a boarding school, with an events schedule that will include some limited weekend and evening work and as such, a flexible approach to working is required. Time off in lieu will be given as appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a creative and driven digital marketing professional, passionate about producing engaging online content and delivering impactful campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in telling the Malvern College story across all digital channels, from social media and video to web and digital PR. This hands‑on role will see you working collaboratively across departments and with our digital agency to drive awareness, engagement and enquiries through high‑quality, data‑informed marketing activity.

The Team

The Marketing and Admissions team at Malvern College has a wide‑ranging remit, supporting pupil recruitment and retention through creative campaigns and engaging storytelling. The department works collaboratively across the College and with our international family of schools, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in all communications. You will join a supportive, forward‑thinking and high‑performing team, committed to innovation, creativity and the ongoing evolution of our digital presence.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing and optimising digital content across the College’s websites, social media and online platforms. You will develop and implement engaging digital campaigns, using analytics to inform strategy and improve performance. From producing blog articles and video content to managing SEO, paid media and social engagement, you will help ensure the College’s online presence reflects its ethos, people and achievements.

This is a varied and rewarding role for a confident digital communicator who is excited to work in an environment that values creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement – and who is ready to live, breathe and role‑model the Malvern Qualities.
