A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Monitoring SCADA and CCTV to maintain the smooth and efficient flow of the automation, escalating issues directly to Dematic Engineers
* Escalating issues and engaging with stakeholders to resolve them whilst minimizing the operational impact
* Review SCADA data to identify reoccurring mechanical downtime and plans in maintenance with the engineering team
* Support root cause analysis for nonstandard events and the execution of remedial actions to mitigate the risk or re-occurrence
