Working as a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for -
1. Responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email
2. Preparing and issuing quotations based on customer requests
3. Following up on quotations and converting them to orders where possible
4. Processing sales orders with a high level of accuracy
5. Coordinating with production, logistics and finance to ensure timely fulfilment
6. Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing customers
7. Maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM system
8. Assisting with monthly sales reports and performance data
9. Completing general administrative tasks to support the sales team
