About the Role
A passionate, driven, and organised Events & Activations Co-ordinator is sought to support the planning and execution of brand activations and events across the UK and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their events career or ready to take the next step, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will be integral to the day-to-day operations of brand events and activations, providing support from HQ as well as on-site. Strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach will be key to ensuring seamless and professional delivery across a wide range of activities, from logistics to direct consumer engagement.
Flexibility is essential, with some evening and weekend work expected, along with international travel for activations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Event Support and Operations
* Coordinate daily operations for all events and activations, providing logistical support from HQ
* Help manage relationships with retail partners, external vendors, and collaborators, representing the brand professionally
* Support inventory and stock control, ensuring accurate counts pre- and post-event
* Oversee and maintain event assets, managing safe distribution and return across UK, EU, and US locations
* PLead on-site delivery including setup, execution, and pack-down of activations
* Collaborate with marketing, PR, and social teams to promote events and drive engagement
* Engage directly with consumers and sneaker enthusiasts, offering demos and sharing product knowledge
Event Evaluation and Reporting
* Gather full cost breakdowns, attendee and stakeholder feedback, and provide detailed event wrap reports
* Evaluate success against KPIs and recommend improvements for future events
Travel and Flexibility
* Support and attend global activations as needed
* Demonstrate a flexible, solution-focused approach to last-minute changes or challenges
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with diverse audiences
* Strong organisational and time management capabilities
* Proactive and adaptable mindset; comfortable with evening and weekend work
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
* Passion for sneaker culture and the wider lifestyle/retail industry
* Willingness to be hands-on at events, including live demos and direct consumer interaction
* Full, valid UK driver’s license
