Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrator (bookkeeping and SAGE Experience) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The position is based on Mon-Thurs working hours Part-time.
Responsibilities
* Support and manage all aspects of daily office operations.
* Producing Logistics, Invoicing, accounting documentation and reports for management
* Responsible for raising Purchase Orders and Sales Orders liaising with our key suppliers using SAGE 50 Software.
* Responsible for liaising with the sales and service teams daily in person, TEAMS and mail on relevant transactions
* Liaise with key suppliers as UK Single Point of contact (SPC) – monitoring and processing incoming products.
* Acquire more detailed expertise in all of the above and take an active or indeed lead role for continuous improvement projects.
Skills
* Experience using SAGE SW and Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong clerical skills with experience in an office setting.
* Experience of multiple Xero and QuickBooks a distinct advantage
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot, Netsuite or SAP) for managing financial transactions.
* Competent in using Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Teams) effectively.
* Ability to computerise processes for improved efficiency within the office.
* Highly organised with strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient typing skills to ensure timely completion of documentation.
