The successful candidate will work with the IT Senior Support Analyst to provide day-to-day operational IT services across teams, based at the Drumsill Distribution Centre on Moy Road, Armagh, supporting three operational Bunzl Group businesses.
As an IT Support Analyst you will provide IT support to users to ensure they have the correct tools and access to complete their duties, including remote ticket logging, technical support and ticket resolution for internal and external customers, with responsibilities for handling escalations, follow-up and customer service.

Responsibilities
* User Support
* Provide IT Support, through:
*
o User management via Active Directory & Office 365 Admin Portal
o Deployment & Management of IT & Mobile devices — e.g. Security & Windows updates, Intune
o On-site network stability & escalation
o On-site hardware & software support (Bunzl IT’s local resource)
o Day-to-day support of ERP, Warehouse Management System, Access control and Telephony systems
* Project Support
* Assisting with core IT projects
* Supporting Project Managers with the IT elements of their projects
* Leading user training sessions in existing and new technologies (along with IT User Support)
* Lead your own project (Coaching/training will be provided)
Skills and Experience
* At least 1 year’s experience of
* Hardware/Software installation
* Troubleshooting network connectivity and experience/knowledge of Hyper‑V, Terminal Services, networks (VPNs, routers, switches)
* Knowledge of ERP systems in a live business environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
* Understanding of basic business structures and processes (e.g. how sales link with stock and credit control)
* Clean driver’s license with the ability to move between sites if required
* Degree in IT, and/or related with Business/Finance or equivalent
* MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or equivalent
* Involvement with projects (e.g. upgrades, additional functionality)
* Experience in user acceptance training
* Good technical ability and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Good team member with the ability to follow instructions and work on own initiative
* Flexibility to meet changing demands of the company
* Accountable and a generalist rather than a specialist
