The facility is remote to our Sales Showrooms and you will assume overall responsibility for the building and the Team within it. Reporting to the Head of Business, you will be supported by an established team including an Assistant Service Manager, Service Team Supervisor, Service Advisor Team, Parts Manager, Parts Department, 13 x Technicians and a Workshop Controller. Due to the experience and dedication of our Technicians, they have been acknowledged by the brands we represent as being one the most highly skilled and technically aware Teams within the network. As an Aftersales Manager, you will have overall accountability for people and financial performance for your assigned dealership. With support from your General and corporate support functions, you will: Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourcedDrive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managedOversee the service, parts, managing stock control and assetsSet financial and growth objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are metAccurately report on dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworksDevelop and roll out a dealership marketing and publicity strategy to support objectivesSupport the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfactionEnsure dealership activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer and regulatory requirements What do I need? We are looking to speak to you if you are currently a Aftersales Manager or are in a Automotive Aftersales Manager position.
