Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the WCCS Directorate for a dynamic and motivated individual based in the Directorate Office, Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. This is a busy but rewarding post in a fast paced department.


Responsibilities

Provide secretarial and administrative support as a Personal Secretary/Administrator. Work independently or as part of a team, supporting the department across all sites and hours over five days. Manage correspondence, maintain records and coordinate schedules.


Qualifications and Skills

* Proven secretarial and administrative experience.
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
* Detail‑focussed.
* Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
* Flexibility to work independently and within a team.
