Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive | Leicestershire | Full Time | 35 hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm (flexible) | Competitive salary, dependent on experience
Our client is a well-established and expanding legal practice in Leicestershire, near Quorndon, looking to strengthen its residential conveyancing team due to continued growth. The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality client care in a supportive, professional working environment.

Are You the Right Person for the Job?
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
* Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing; ideally 5+ years
* Broad experience in all aspects of residential property, including freehold/leasehold, first registrations, auctions, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, site acquisition and development, and plot sales
* IT literate and confident using conveyancing software, CRM systems, Land Registry Online, DocuSign, and digital dictation tools
* Self-sufficient and able to manage a busy caseload independently, while maintaining excellent client care
* Team player with a positive attitude, happy to work in the office and support colleagues
* Business development/networking experience desirable but not essential
