Responsibilities
* Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training
* Answer consulting phone calls; reply to customer support emails
* Remote or onsite inverter troubleshooting; inverter replacement, defect inverter troubleshooting; able to do site visits when needed
* Collect clear after-sales support data and report to the team leader
* Support other tasks assigned by the team leader
* Knowledge of String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter and Utility Based Projects is advantageous
* Responsible for after-sales support activity in the particular region
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or related majors
* Self-motivated with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the solar industry
* Energetic professional who is willing to travel 50% or more per year
* Good communicator with fluent English
