Job Title: Contract Manager – Design & Build Fit Out
Location: London (Projects across Greater London & South East)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We’re currently recruiting for a growing Design & Build fit out contractor with a strong presence across London and the South East. Due to continued project wins and expansion, they’re looking to bring in an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of high-spec commercial fit out and refurbishment schemes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen and hands-on experience managing D&B projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contracts from inception to completion
Lead commercial aspects including cost control, valuations, variations, and reporting
Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high quality
Handle contract negotiation and risk management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contract Manager within the D&B or fit out sector
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
