About the Role
Are you ready to make a difference? As their Talent Acquisition Administrator, you'll manage all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a stellar candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to drive their talent strategy. Your role will be both varied and fast-paced!
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment administration for multiple roles
* Partner with hiring managers to create bespoke recruitment processes
* Act as a trusted advisor on attraction strategies and assessment methods
* Conduct interviews and engage with candidates
* Ensure compliance with fair and inclusive recruitment procedures
* Support colleagues and contribute to team development
