Royal Nawaab Pyramid are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Corporate Events & Outdoor Catering) to lead our corporate and private events growth at Royal Nawaab. This role blends client relationship management with commercial outreach, serving as the face of our brand to prospective clients and ensuring a high-end experience from first contact through to post-event follow-up.In addition to managing inbound enquiries, the role requires proactive outreach to secure new event business, build venue relationships, and expand our footprint in the outdoor catering market.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all inbound corporate event and corporate catering enquiriesProactively identify and approach new corporate clients and event opportunitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with local businesses, event planners, and venue managersLiaise with outdoor venues to secure approved caterer status and generate new catering leadsManage the full event lifecycle from enquiry through to post-event feedbackRepresent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and venue showcasesWork with the marketing team on targeted campaigns to drive bookingsMaintain CRM records, tracking leads, proposals, bookings, and conversion ratesEnsure all events meet the high service standards expected from the Royal Nawaab brandEssential RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in business development, event management, or catering salesA strong local network in the Greater Manchester and Cheshire hospitality/events marketDemonstrated success in generating new business and managing high-value clientsExcellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skillsHighly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyFlexible and confident in managing client meetings, live events, and weekend functionsFull UK driving licence requiredBenefitsBase Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience and network strength)Performance Bonus: Up to £20,000 per year based on revenue generated from confirmed event and catering bookingsCompany Car provided for client meetings, venue visits, and travel to eventsComplimentary meals at the venue Company phone and laptop providedProfessional development budget to support industry training, events, and membershipsA senior role within a prestigious and expanding hospitality group with major growth ambitions
