The Role: As a 360 Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. This role offers the opportunity to work across various legal sectors, including Private Practice, In-house, International, Paralegal, and Legal HR. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with law firms and legal professionals. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Provide market insights and career advice to clients and candidates. Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and business objectives.
