Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a Social & Emotional Youth Worker to join a thriving special needs school based in Harlow.
The students attending the school have a range of needs including ASD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), complex learning disabilities, or are supported through a Statement of Educational Need or an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). All staff work to inspire, motivate, challenge, and support each pupil, whatever their individual needs may be.
The ideal candidate will be professional and passionate about SEND and SEMH, with a strong ability to adapt to individual needs and implement effective behaviour management strategies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
