The Role
We are seeking a committed and qualified Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis, (potentially having the opportunity to go to full time if required). This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a passion for delivering engaging and effective training in the transport and compliance sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver training programmes in compliance, transport law, Driver CPC, or related areas (depending on qualifications).
· Design, prepare, and adapt training materials, assessments, and exercises to meet learner needs.
· Monitor and evaluate learner progress, providing feedback, support, and remediation as required.
· Maintain accurate training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
· Operate independently, making informed decisions to ensure high-quality delivery.
· Represent Dynamic Consultancy Solutions with professionalism and integrity.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
· Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (TMCPC).
· Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
· Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
· Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
· Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent teaching/training qualification.
· HGV licence.
· First Aid qualification.
· Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
· Previous experience delivering training in logistics or compliance sectors.
Schedule & Compensation
Initial Schedule: 3 days (27 hours) per week (Thursday to Saturday).
Pay Rate: £16 per hour.
Mileage: Expenses covered for business travel.
