Your Role
As a Referrals Officer, you will:
* Manage referrals from local authorities, ensuring placements are matched to children's needs.
* Utilize your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
* Act as the first point of contact between local authorities, foster families, and social workers.
* Develop positive relationships through effective communication, both written and face-to-face.
What We’re Looking For
We seek someone who:
* Has excellent organizational and administrative skills.
* Possesses strong communication abilities and a friendly demeanor.
* Is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
* Previous experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential.
Working Conditions
