Job Description:
Our client is a leading wealth manager looking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
In this role, you will advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work in the EMEA region. Responsibilities include employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation. You will also advise on regulatory projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR, and Modern Slavery Act.
The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, with a minimum of 2 years' PQE advising Financial Services clients. Secondment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
This role offers a unique opportunity for an employment lawyer seeking their first in-house position to work with an exceptional legal team on high-quality employment matters.
