Role and responsibilities
We support and care for people with different abilities. Our team typically works with an age range of 30–50 years, includes both females and males, and supports around 10 people. We focus on delivering compassionate care, supporting individuals to achieve their goals, and contributing to staff and service users’ wellbeing.
Most of our team are mobile; some may need a little physical assistance in daily activities. We work with individuals who may have epilepsy, cerebral palsy, dysphagia, autism and learning disabilities. Our staff are trained to provide appropriate support.
