Finance & Office Manager

Harwell Campus

Recruitment Solutions are working with a market leading business, who due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Finance & Office Manager to join the well established team, based out of Didcot (Harwell Campus).

Job summary

1. Harwell Campus
2. 9am - 5:30pm hours per week
3. Permanent role
4. 35,000 - 50,000

About the role

Finance Manager Duties

5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
7. Oversee day to day financial operations; including AP/AR, sales orders and bank reconcilliation
8. Manage processing and checking of expenses
9. Liaising with wider finance teams, including overseas teams

Office Manager Duties

10. Support HR functions including onboarding, record keeping and policy implementation
11. Management of annual/sick leave
12. Manage office supplier, equipment and vendor relationships
13. CoOrdinate offince maintenance, IT support and facility needs
14. Organise meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and company events
15. General administrative duties
16. Health & safety representative of site

About you

17. ACCA / CIMA qualification is preferred but not essential. If not acquired then you would need to have timespent experience in a similar role
18. Proven experience in finance and office management roles
19. Excellent communication skills
20. Excellent organisational skills
21. Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
22. Experience with HR functions
23. Knowledge of FP&A is advantageous
