This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Its a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to be part of a creative environment where their organisational skills will make a real impact on live design and construction projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to colleagues
* Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and action points
* Managing project documentation
* Liaising with consultants, contractors, and clients to support project coordination
* Assisting with tender and bid submissions
* Tracking project timelines and supporting with invoicing and purchase orders
* Supporting wider office administration when required
