The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documents.
* Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets.
* Provide clear advice on planning policies and regulations.
About You
* A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related field.
* Ideally, working towards or holding RTPI membership.
* Knowledge of UK planning systems and legislation.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for sustainable development.
