What You’ll Do
* Lead service delivery operations, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
* Own critical incidents, coordinate resolution, and manage stakeholder communication.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
* Manage team performance, recruitment, training, and mentoring.
* Oversee financial planning, budgets, and billing milestones.
* Build strong partnerships across teams and stakeholders to enable seamless collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
* ITIL certification (mandatory) and strong knowledge of service management frameworks.
* Proven experience in service delivery leadership and performance optimization.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
