Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator Location: Redditch Hours: 38 hours per week Salary: £29,000-£33,000 per annum HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator for a client based in Redditch. This is a permanent, office-based role. You will support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). This is a pivotal role within the business, ensuring our processes, procedures, and products meet internal standards, customer expectations, and relevant regulatory requirements. Skills & Experience needed: Essential: * Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor advantageous) * Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards * Strong organisational and communication skills * High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation * Confidence using Microsoft Office and QMS/document control systems * Flexibility to support quality initiatives and deadlines Desirable: * Experience in a quality, compliance, or administrative role * Background in a regulated or electronics environment * Knowledge of additional quality standards (ISO 13485, AS9100, IATF, etc.) * Experience supporting audits Key Responsibilities: * Ensure accurate and timely documentation of returned or rejected items * Use ERP systems to collate, measure, and report performance (Epicor experience desirable) * Coordinate inspections of returned products * Work with quality control and production teams to manage rework activities * Ensure products meet ISO 9001 standards before re-entering inventory * Support compliance with quality, safety, and operational regulations * Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory) If you are interested or would like some more information about our Quality Assurance Administrator, then please apply now
