We're supporting our client, a leading digital growth agency, in their search for an experienced and personable Client Account Manager. Who Are We Looking For?
A confident, organised and client‑focused Account Manager who thrives in a creative digital setting. You'll manage your own portfolio, deliver website projects of varying complexity, advise clients on digital strategy, and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. Proactivity, great communication and a strong eye for detail are essential.
Applicants must have 3-5 years' experience delivering website projects and a solid understanding of ecommerce.
This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the Cheltenham office.
Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management
Act as primary contact for your client portfolio
Build strong relationships through regular communication and updates
Understand client goals and advise on digital strategy Project Management
Lead website projects from scoping to delivery
Meet deadlines, budgets and project milestones
Coordinate with design, development and marketing teams Digital Marketing Support
Relay marketing requirements to internal teams
Present performance reports and insights
Support clients with ongoing strategy Commercial
Identify and recommend additional services
Contribute to revenue growth through consultative upselling Team Contribution
Share ideas, best practice and improvements
Stay up to date with digital trends Ideal Candidate
3-5 years' experience in website/digital project delivery
Strong ecommerce knowledge
Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
Confident communicator and presenter
Proactive, solution‑focused and detail‑driven
Comfortable upselling in a consultative manner
