Service Advisor Required in Wimbledon
1. Up to £35,000 Basic + Bonus for Upselling Service Plans, Tyres & Air Con
2. Hours: 45 per week, Monday – Friday with Saturday mornings on rota
Are you a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a well-established and customer focused automotive Car Dealership based in Wimbledon, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.

Your day-to-day duties as a Service Advisor will include, but are not limited to:
3. Acting as the first point of contact for customers booking in for servicing and repairs
4. Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
5. Advising customers on the required work and upselling service plans, tyres, and air conditioning services where appropriate
6. Liaising between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth communication and timely updates
7. Preparing job cards, quotes and invoices
8. Following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
9. Supporting the Aftersales Manager and team with general admin and reception duties
What we’re looking for:
10. Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the automotive industry is essential
11. Strong communication and organisational skills
12. Ability to upsell additional products and services in a professional manner
13. A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
14. Experience with Kerridge, Pinnacle or similar DMS would be an advantage
15. A full UK driving licence
