Speech and Language Therapist - Band 6 Dysphagia - Slough

What you will do:
* Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for adults with dysphagia in acute settings
* Deliver therapeutic interventions and manage therapy sessions effectively
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate patient records in line with HCPC standards
* Travel between locations as required (valid driver's license needed)
Applicants must be HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapists with Level C dysphagia competencies. Experience in adult acute settings and ICU, including tracheostomy management, is preferred.
