We’re looking for someone with energy, organisation and pride in doing things properly to join our busy Service team on a maternity cover contract.

What you’ll be doing
You won’t just “do admin” — you’ll coordinate the service journey.
* Booking and managing workshop jobs from start to completion
* Updating customers and handling enquiries
* Supporting technicians with scheduling and workflow
* Processing warranty claims and documentation
* Managing service records, invoices and purchase orders
* Handling calls and emails professionally
* Coordinating third-party repairs
* Keeping data accurate and organised
* Supporting reporting and improving processes
