Customer Service Advisor (Travel Industry) - Chester

9AM – 5:30PM hours | ASAP Start Date

Your role will be to assist with any general enquiries before our customers fly
As a business we want to provide the best level of support to our customers before they are due to go on their dream holidays. This means you'll be answering inbound calls regarding anything from documentation queries, to bookings, and addons including seat and room upgrades.
You'll respond to emails throughout the day, as well as assisting with sending out pricing, quotes and any booking amendments via the system.
We are looking for individuals who have previously worked in a travel environment, as we find it important to have an understanding what it takes to assist with custom made packages.
You will be supporting our luxury long haul team, short haul "bucket and spade" team, and our cruise specialists which will give you an insight into every type of holiday package.
