Your Role as a Support Worker:
* Deliver person-centred care, supporting independence and well-being.
* Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour strategies.
* Create a safe, supportive & inclusive environment for those we support.
* Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.
* Accurately document activities and follow safeguarding procedures.
What You’ll Need:
* Experience in care (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health) is desirable but not essential.
* Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to train).
* Compassion, patience & a caring nature – making a real difference every day.
* Commitment to safeguarding & providing high-quality support.
