What you'll be involved in:
1. Receive components against purchase and works orders and accurately record transactions within the ERP system.
2. Verify supplier documentation and check received materials for quality and quantity compliance.
3. Ensure all materials are correctly labelled, stored, and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
4. Action stock requisitions and issue components to production via the ERP system.
5. Pick and kit components in line with manufacturing orders and job lists.
6. Maintain accurate inventory, WIP, and stock movement records.
7. Perform routine stock checks and participate in bi-annual physical stock takes.
8. Liaise effectively with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams to support operational requirements.
9. Support purchase order processing, including requisitions, releases, and supplier communications (expediting and status queries).
10. Support continuous improvement, quality standards, and safe working practices.
11. Prepare, pack, and ship products to a global customer base in compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
12. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
13. Provide flexible support to the wider supply chain function as required.
