Aircraft Engineering Services are looking for a HR Generalist to support the HR function across the UK & Poland at our offices at Hangar 10, Stansted Airport.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a broad range of HR issues and will help support the full HR function and joining a team that helps keep the skies moving!
As a HR Generalist you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and managers on a daily basis. From recruitment & onboarding to employee relations and compliance, you’ll help ensure our HR operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the recruitment and selection process for the UK & Poland
* Onboarding including issuing contracts & 5 year background checks
* Provide HR support for the employee review process
* Taking notes and representing HR at meetings, including Annual Appraisals, Review Meetings and Disciplinary procedures.
* Collating payroll data in terms of salary changes, adjustments & expenses
* Monitor employee absence to identify trends & complete return to works
* Ensure recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
* Supporting staff with any HR queries as and when they arise
* Producing weekly reports for the HR Manager & Company Directors
* Ensure compliance with Employment laws and the update of policies & procedures
* Any additional duties as required from the HR Manager
Requirements
* 3 – 5 years of HR Experience
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
