Salary: £28,000 + Tronc

I am on the lookout for a Night Concierge to join this 5 star hotel in Central London. My client is looking for an experienced Concierge from a 5 Star hotel background. As Concierge you will be the first point of contact for the guests, so we are looking for someone with impeccable customer service skills.

* Meet and greet the guest on arrival
* Work closely with the housekeeping and reception departments
* Assist the guests with recommendations around London
* Act as an ambassador for the brand
* Provide a 5- star service
The successful candidate
* At least 2 years’ previous experience in luxury hotels
* Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
* Strong knowledge of London and the local area
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Be willing to go the extra mile
