Exciting opportunity to join Rendall & Rittner as a Security Officer in the heart of White City Living.
Location: White City Living, West London
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 07:00 – 19:00
Salary: £26,475 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Development
The role will be based at a development that is part of a 10‑year project. The site currently has 981 homes (with a planned total of 1,155 homes by the end of 2024 and about 2,300 homes by 2030). Residents enjoy a health club with a swimming pool, two cinemas, and virtual golf. Nearby stations include White City, Shepherds Bush, and Wood Lane.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and staff.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging, communicating, and inspiring others.
* Apply health and safety processes at a residential development.
* Conduct regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defects or safety concerns.
* Support and collaborate with the team, building strong relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Requirements
* Active SIA door supervisor licence.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in health and safety and customer service preferred.
Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions. Documented evidence of eligibility is required.
