Regional Sales Representative (London & South England)

The role
This is a field-based sales role covering London and the South of England, focused on managing and developing strong customer relationships, supporting assessments, and growing territory performance.
Key responsibilities
* Promote and sell Baffin’s product range across your territory
* 2 years’ sales experience in similar products/sector (medical, disability, rehab, mobility, orthopaedic or comparable)
* Manage, develop and grow existing accounts, while identifying new opportunities
* Build long-term relationships and create strong communication between customers and the business
* Arrange and support product demonstrations and assessments
* Represent Baffin at exhibitions and industry events (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
* Manage your pipeline, follow-ups and order process
Work Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility may be required)

What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude
* Strong organisation and ability to plan your week effectively
* Confidence building relationships and providing a high standard of customer support
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in medical devices/disability equipment is an advantage (but not essential)
