Duties of an Assistant Centre Manager:
10. Assist the Centre Manager in managing daily workshop operations

13. Organise appointment schedules and manage workflow efficiently
14. Maintain health and safety compliance within the workshop
15. Promote additional services and help achieve sales targets
16. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Requirements:
17. Proven experience in a fast fit or automotive service environment
18. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
19. Strong organisational and communication abilities
20. Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
21. Technical knowledge, ideally with supervisory or technician background
22. Full UK driving licence
