45,000 £55,000 (depending on experience) plus discretionary quarterly bonuses

Preparing high-quality, compliant financial planning reports and recommendations
Conducting detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection
Supporting Financial Planners in developing tailored client strategies
Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards
Liaising with providers and internal teams to gather and verify client data
Contributing to process improvements and technical projects where required
Diploma qualified (Level 4 in Financial Planning or equivalent)
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning
Excellent report writing and analytical skills
Experience working within a high-quality, client-focused advice firm
