* Provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT operations, including helpdesk coverage and occasional on-site support.
* Maintain clear communication across the business, ensuring accurate documentation and knowledge-sharing within the IT team.
Key Skills & Experience

* A track record of delivering objectives and successfully implementing new systems.
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
* Solid all-round IT skills, including networking and hardware support.
* Minimum of 1 year in a helpdesk or similar IT support role, with evidence of ongoing personal development.
* A collaborative, approachable attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
What's in it for you?
You'll be joining a collaborative and ambitious team where every voice is heard. This is a culture where people across all levels and departments are encouraged to shape outcomes, suggest improvements, and be part of the journey.
This is a hybrid role with regular office presence in South Wales (typically 3 to 4 days per week), offering the ideal blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.
