The Group Marketing Executive will be passionate about all things brand awareness and engagement, ensuring the social media presence for Capstone Foster Care Group is both reactive and proactive across all platforms.,
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute custom social media and community engagement strategies across multiple brands
* Create bespoke, platform-optimised content
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to plan, create and deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Live and breathe our brand to ensure consistent and effective communication across a range of internal and external channels
* Reporting and analysis
* Marketing administration such as inbox monitoring, creating marketing briefs, and supporting with regional marketing requests
* Attend weekly team day at the Stoke Prior office
Qualifications
* As an integral part of the marketing team at Capstone Foster Care Group, the Group Marketing Executive will be self-motivated, dynamic and eager, with the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar hands‑on, 360‑marketing role
* Organic social media experience, community management
* Excellent attention to detail
* A creative storyteller with a real passion for creating engaging written content for a range of channels
* Design capability using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar
* Ideally a working knowledge of website content management systems (CMS), video editing software and social media scheduling tools
* Paid Meta campaign management experience is desirable but not essential
* Full UK driving licence and transport as travel across England will be a part of the role
