The role:
1. Provide excellent customer service in line with our departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines.
2. Coordinate Preventative maintenance and breakdown visits utilising our planning software.
3. Sourcing and requesting appropriate resource for the job, engineers, plant etc.
4. Placing orders to suppliers and chasing when applicable
5. Organising despatch of parts for delivery or collection.
6. Maintain customers’ records.
7. Deal with customer queries professionally and efficiently.
8. Assisting with the contract renewal process
9. Taking ownership of jobs and seeing through to completion
10. Updating our software systems
11. Track and manage costs on jobs.
12. Any other duties as reasonably required.
The successful candidate:
13. Experience in a customer service role.
14. Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenges in a professional and calm manner.
15. Excellent communication skills and demonstrate ability to communicate with people face to face, on the telephone, and via written communication.
16. Ability to take ownership for all customer service-related enquiries received and see through to full resolution.
17. Confidence to use initiative and make sound commercial decisions.
18. Flexibility and ability to prioritise.
19. Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
