Roles are available on a permanent basis, offering Remote/hybrid and flexible working options. Usually once per week onsite in Bristol plus future client site meetings that are required.What Youll Be Doing:Were looking for Systems Engineers / Requirements Managers to support a well-established in-service product undergoing a number of planned capability upgrades and enhancements.The role will primarily focus on the right-hand side of the V-Model, including integration, verification, validation and requirements management activities, whilst also supporting wider systems engineering tasks across the full lifecycle where required.Youll work across multiple stages of development from concept and requirements definition through to in-service support, ensuring robust traceability, change management and delivery of high-quality systems engineering artefacts.Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS / DOORS NG, along with a strong understanding of systems engineering processes and lifecycle delivery within complex or safety-critical environments, would be highly desirable.What Were Looking For:Strong Systems Engineering background within complex engineering environmentsExperience working across the full Systems Engineering lifecycle / V-ModelRequirements management and traceability experienceExperience with tools such as IBM DOORS / DOORS NGVerification, Validation, Integration & Test (V&V / IV&Q) experienceMust be eligible for SC clearance (UK national or resident for 5+ years)Why Join Us?Be part of projects that directly contribute to national securityWork with a high-calibre team of engineers across land, sea, air, and joint domainsSite/weekly visits as required in South West and South of UK.Opportunities for career progression and specialist trainingTPBN1_UKTJ
