Practice Lead – Residential
Salary range: £39,000‑£42,000 (depending on experience)
Run the day. Lead practice. Support the team.
The Practice Lead is at the centre of daily life in the house.
You will be responsible for:
* leading shifts
* coordinating staff
* ensuring work with families is structured and purposeful
* maintaining the quality of recording and practice
You will work closely with:
* Assessing Social Workers (who set assessment direction)
* Consultant Practitioner (who supports practice quality)
This role is about:
* real‑time leadership
* supporting staff to do their best work
* keeping the house calm, consistent and focused
We’re looking for someone who:
* has strong experience working with families
* can lead a team confidently and calmly
* is able to guide, support and challenge practice
* understands safeguarding and risk
