We're looking for a confident Reservations Agent to support a thriving hotel operation in the heart of London. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
* Handle phone, email, and online bookings using Opera Cloud
* Respond professionally to guest enquiries and provide stay information
* Manage and update availability across systems including GDS
* Confirm reservations, process amendments, and manage cancellations
* Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
What we're looking for
To succeed, you'll bring:
* Availability from 15th December for a minimum of four weeks
* Previous Reservations experience within medium to large operations
* Essential knowledge of Opera Cloud
* Reliability and flexibility throughout the full assignment
* A polished communication style suited to both bookings and Reception-focused interactions
