Otis is nowseekingto recruita Project Plannerto provide a professional planning and scheduling service covering all aspects of thePan TFL (London Underground)project’s operations in support of the business deliverables.
Responsibilities
1. Assistinestablishing, update andmaintainthe project control business systems (P6) ensuring the integrity of all underpinning schedule, cost,changeand risk inputs.
2. Provide support and process to allow the project to capture scope, schedule, cost, performance, risk, assurance and health and safety information.
3. Set-up a fully resourced, baseline schedule, that integrates time,costand scope, ensuring that the supplier schedules are fully integrated with the output of a credible critical path.
4. Ensure schedule, cost (actual & estimate to complete), risk,changeand report data integrity ismaintainedthrough the life of the project.
5. Provide regular reports on project progress, including resource loading, earned value forecasting and reporting which integrate to provide monthly project reports, published to client deadlines.
6. Assistwith planning and progress meetings and workshops asrequiredand challenge supplier progress claims.
7. Provide support andassistanceto the team in production of allprojectrelated documentation.

11. Advanced excel skills – essential
12. Earned Value Implementation
13. Critical Path Analysis
14. Budget and Cost Control
15. Risk and Opportunity Management
16. Project Management Governance
17. Good knowledge of NEC Contract
18. Experience in a relevant industry –i.eLift/Escalator Industry, Construction, Rail, Utilities, Property Management
