* Encouraging: promote independence where possible and encourage service users to achieve personal goals
* Supportive: provide support to ensure the safety and wellbeing of people relying on our services
* Compassionate: communicate well with service users using their chosen methods to support individuality
* Observant: monitor and report any changes in health or circumstances of a service user to management
* Engaging: support service users to engage in the local community from going shopping to attending events

You’ll need
* Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
* Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
* Commitment to providing quality care and support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
* A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
* Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
* All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
