Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows for a variety of clients, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites.
Duties
* Clean windows on both residential and commercial properties using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.
* Ensure all glass surfaces are streak-free, spotless, and well-maintained.
* Use ladders, scaffolding, or specialised equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas.
* Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any repairs or replacements needed.
* Interact professionally with clients, addressing any specific requests or concerns courteously.
* Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning activities.
* Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes.
* Jet washing & gutter cleaning may also be required as part of your role with full training provided.
Experience
* Previous experience in window cleaning or general cleaning services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
* Basic driving skills with a valid driving licence are preferred to facilitate site visits.
* Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
* Excellent communication skills to clearly understand instructions and convey information professionally.
